System Readiness
Welcome to the @Home Headset and User Readiness Testing (URT)!

As a TeleTech @Home Associate, you are required to purchase a headset and successfully complete a headset and system compatibility test prior to Day 1 of Training. Downloading and running the test shouldn't take much more than half an hour. Are you ready? Let's get started!

By now you should have already bought your headset. In the job offer email we provided a list of compatible headsets. If you do not have a headset you will need to purchase one before you continue.

Once you have your headset, please plug it into the PC you plan to use as an @Home Associate and we’ll get going.

Also before you start, make sure that you have the following information nearby (this information was included in your job offer email):

When you’re all set to go, click on the 'Go' button below and your PC will be scanned by the Endpoint Compliance Scanner. You will receive a 'Restricted' status, and will not be allowed to proceed until you have all the required programs for WorkBooth.

Additionally, you'll be asked to download and correctly configure the following programs if you don't already have them installed on your PC;

  1. Anti-Virus Software
  2. Anti-Spyware Software
  3. Firewall Software

Once you've downloaded all the software you need and retry the Endpoint Compliance Scanner, you'll be asked to sign in using your Username and Password included in your job offer email.

After you sign in, the WorkBooth Launcher will guide you through all the required steps to test your System and Headset.
